DELIVERY AND RETURNS

I placed an order online, when will it be shipped? 

We aim to have all orders shipped immediately, if you place an order pre 12pm GMT, we will have it shipped the same day. You will receive email confirmation when your order is on its way with tracking info if applicable.  

When will I receive my order/can I track it? 

Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation with tracking info if applicable. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship globally with a choice of economy or express delivery options. 

What delivery options are available? 

We offer standard and express delivery options on our store, these can be applied at checkout. 

 

It seems my package got lost, what can I do? 

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or you cannot find it although tracking states it has been delivered, please get in touch with our customer service team via the contact us page and we will investigate immediately. If the investigation is unsuccessful after eight working days, we will be able to send you a replacement package, or refund the order. 

 

I have only received part of my order? 

If you are missing product/s, please check the packing invoice to find out if they have been shipped separately. In the unlikely event that you are missing a product that is included in the packing invoice, please get in touch with our customer service team via the contact us page and we will investigate immediately 

 

My item is defective? 

Please contact our customer service team with images of the defective product and your order number and we will issue a refund or exchange immediately.
